We are pleased to offer a variety of services that help you remain connected, independent and comfortable in your own home, including:

Note: We do not currently offer transportation, however we are happy to arrange a taxi and accompany clients to appointments.

Hi, I'm Beth. I started Poplar Practical Support as another option for seniors seeking personalized everyday assistance in Jasper.
You may recognize me from my current and previous roles in the community, such as legal assistant, EAL instructor, tech helper and bus driver.
Before moving to Jasper in 2016, I studied at McMaster University. I took several gerontology courses and volunteered at a nearby long-term care facility throughout my studies.
I enjoy connecting with people and lending a hand where I can. I look forward to finding ways to make your day a little easier.

Poplar trees are known for their interconnected root systems, allowing neighbouring trees to support one another by sharing resources. In that same spirit of connection, Poplar Practical Support is built on the belief that every act of kindness, support and companionship helps strengthen our community as a whole.
